Naming conventions

The naming of sols, planets, and moons generally works in the following way: Solar bodies are classified in the following format: Sol-(id):Type-(id). For example, the third planet in sol 642 would be named Sol-692:P-3. The second moon orbiting this planet would be classified as Sol-692:P-3:M-2. Objects of exceptional importance would be classified with a unique identifier. For example, Saturn's 5th moon "Titan" is identified as Sol-1:P-Saturn:M-Titan. This signifies that both Saturn and Titan are uniquely named, mostly due to their historical significance.

Health and Wellness

Due to great advances in medical technologies most humans live to around 170-190 years. Almost all medical conditions and illnesses are curable in Progressive Organic Disease-Reversal systems, commonly referred to as "pods". This tech is not limited to Humans and are capable of restoring the health of almost all organic systems.

Hey it's your DM here. Pods serve the purpose of long rests - if you want to fully restore your health and abilities you will need to spend some time in one. These will exist on your ship and in many structures and all civilized areas. You can use medpens and other tech to short rest, which will help restore HP.

Life in Space

Life is mostly concentrated among a handful of major sols, on planets, moons, and orbiting stations acting as hubs. A significant amount of humanity is also clustered in stations along major transportation routes. There are outposts in deep space, for research or mining in astroid belts and other regions of space. Some choose to live outside the control of governments, either for freedom or for illegal purposes. There is at least one sol under pirate control, and various outposts in deep space.
